Over the years I have come to realise that there is a big difference betweenwomen want to do and arm toning exercises women should do.
Many women want to know how to lose arm flab or how to from the arms, and they want to get rid of their bingo wings fast, but they don’t really seem to want to put too much effort into the whole process – ie the fat burn, the well balanced and healthy diet and the very necessary and highly effective arm toning exercises.
For women to know how to lose arm flab is one thing again but to actually lose that arm flab, well that’s entirely different. It requires determination, dedication and a whole lot of perseverance.
If you really want to know how to lose arm flab and you think you’ve got what it takes to do the right arm toning exercises women should do, then the following arm toning exercises for women program is for you!
Before you get started on the arm toning exercises for women routine though, I’ll tell you a little about the anatomy of your upper arms and precisely which part of your arms these exercises are targeting.
The biceps muscle is situated at the front of the upper arm and is named appropriately (bi) because it consists of two bundles of muscles. It has several functions, the most important being to rotate the forearm and to flex the arm at the elbow.
The muscle is situated at the back of the upper arm and is so named (tri) because it consists of three bundles of muscles. The muscle is primarily responsible for straightening the arm from the elbow joint.
Now that you have a better knowledge of the location of your upper arm muscles you will be better able to choose the right arm toning exercises for women.
To benefit most from this program however, you will also need to take a good look at your diet.
Ask yourself whether or not your diet is a healthy and well-balanced one. Does it contain lots of lean protein and complex carbs such as whole grains, or is it primarily processed food with lots of refined sugar and trans fats?
If it is the latter, then I have to be honest with you, you have no hope of losing the arm flab!
Lean protein is required to help repair the muscle and build its mass after exercise. The bigger the, the more calories are required for the growth of those muscles. And the more calories used for muscle growth ultimately means more fat is lost from the body.
Now that sounds like a great result before you’ve even started!
Right, so you’ve decided that you want to tone your arms! There are two basic requirements involved in toning muscles:
- to build the muscle,
- to lose the covering layer of fat
If you really want to know how to lose arm flab and burn fat off fast, you should be doing some high intensity interval training sessions.
This type of training will continue to burn up calories even after you’ve finished your workout. Much like building up your biceps andmuscles too – because your muscles continue to burn more calories after you’ve finished your arm toning exercises for women routine.
Beginners can start the following arm toning exercises for women program, by doing 1 set of between 10-15 repetitions, up to 3 times per week. Try to work up to 3 sets each time you do the program.
